Deadwood, a city located in what is now South Dakota was a boomtown back in the late 1800s, known for its gold mines, cheap women and deadly atmosphere. Many called it home, for some it became their final destination as the graveyard grew nearly twice its size in one year. The town itself was considered Illegal by the United States government, due to its location on Native American land, causing the town to fill with ruthless outlaws, miners, and prostitutes.
